It's not Gummi Bears like PerfectRhythmUK said(If that was referring to your question-if not then I apoligize to that person) It's the Wuzzles between 0:43 and 0:58. The Gummi bears was between Duck Tales and 1:47-2:00 and 2:56 to 3:00... There should have been more Heathcliff and Wuzzles in here but it was still cool to see them all again. I miss cartoons like them-I was born in the 80's but I grew up watching these.
