@ukctyreman well you can use an accelerant (like this method) or you can use a giant shot of compressed air to seat it on the bead. neither of them are necessarily "safe"

My family has a trucking business and we have only used the Ether method (there has been some arm-hair lost over the years haha) and we have also used a cylinder that was used for cutting torch oxygen that was fitted with a quick-release valve. just pump it up to 160 psi, point, and shoot.
