That's not really a PROGRAM... for say... That's more of a command box o.o you can also easily make those in notepad. Also loop the file and code other things to happen with different options lol

If i remember correctly it is because when programming first started one of the earlier programming tutorials was the creation of a sample program that would print "hello world"... since then it has become sortof a programmers meme and a "good luck" charm to start off by writing this program.
