I would not want to be at the other end of Speirs's gun. He is pretty awesome! Maj. Winters is amazing, he doesn't see the men as his men or the men, he see's them as individuals and heroes. He is also pretty awesome! I think Harry is pretty funny, I don't know much about his leadership abilities, he seems pretty good though. Lt. Dyke, was well messed up.

@pquinn96 i was an NCO in the Army Rangers and i joined because my grandfather was a Captain(Officer) in the Army Rangers and landed on Omaha and was in other campaignes too.I honestley think NCOs are the real leaders but Officers are also good but id advise taking advice from senior NCOs during missions

@pquinn96 i started in the USMC because i believed the hypeafterserving there i went for the 82nd airborne and that made Ranger training easier and it was still hard as hell but if you want to be a ranger start workin at it NOW and try going for airborne before going Rangers that will make your chances a lot better and stay persistent and dont quit and i can almost guarentee you will make it good luck Rangers Lead the way

Speirs was actually a platoon commander in Dog Company until the assault on Foy. Because of a lieutenant's incompetence, Easy Company became bogged-down in the town, so Speirs took command and led the assault successfully. From then on he was commander of Easy Company and was no longer in Dog.

Speirs was actually a platoon commander in Dog Company until the assault on Foy. Because of a lieutenant's incompetence, Easy Company became bogged-down in the town, so Speirs took command and led the assault successfully. From then on he was commander of Easy Company and was no longer in Dog.
