Didin´t you guys feel like giants in bogota??? I live there and my university is downtown so I have to take the big red buses everyday and on my way up through that street where you guys were standing, I always see foreigners. Easy to spot, tall and blond. May I ask you why did you visit bogota ???
I tried to make the camera as unobtrusive as possible, because I did feel rather tall.
I didn't expect anyone to comment on it as it's not very dramatic.
Thanks for watching. I went to Colombia mainly because I had never been and had heard interesting things about it.
I liked it, the people were great...I do have to say that Medellin was more to my liking. Maybe because it was a smaller city...again, the people were extremely pleasant and helpful.
I do not particularly enjoy bogota, mostly because I live in the north part of the city and I have to spend 3 hours a day in those super crowded red buses in order to go to my university, jajaja. Medellin has progressed much more than bogota which just happens to host a lot more people than it should, so we all live on top of each other. I lived in Valdez, Alaska for 2 years so I got unused to living around so many people. Did you guys feel in danger of being robbed or something at anytime?

No, we never once felt threatened. We even ignored advice ( from estadounidense ) about walking around after dark.
I did think Bogota was too crowded, and Cartagena too touristy.
I would return to Medellin though.
