I partly agree with this man. However to fast is to abstain from food, many people avoid fasting because satan knows to abstain from food and to fast you are calling upon the Kingdom Come into your situation. Many christians know that is what they need to do for deliverance but the devil really fights them in this area - not to fast and pray. Any time I enter a fast I prepare myself by seeking God about the plan and I ask him to sustain me and he answers!
