RRY is how it work. the 2nd shot from your assault rifle dosent register though so it shows shots being fired but even if the hit somebody the shot from your AR wont damage them any.

The double shot is a Halo 2 tactic that allows you to shoot multiple BR bursts at automatic speed. That is what he is trying to accomplish.

He is just pressing RRY which is delaying the second shot. If you guy haven't figured out yet that this combination is just the first step to the Halo 3 BxR. To land a BxR in Halo 3 you have to press RRYB. This Only works in local network though.

Well, You can do this on Halo 3. I found out when I was messing around. When you double shoot it doesn't really affect the person. After you do it when you switch the battle rifle on your back would fire but on the screen it looks like your double shooting. And IIHOTZTILEII Your a fucking moron. =P

thats not a dbl shot thats R+R+Y. its a lag shot. you can do a dbl shot the same as halo2 but you cant have any piece of equipment and do R+R+X, its not the same but you can do it

that's not the assault rifle shooting, it's just the second shots from the battle rifle. notice he doesn't show the ammo, but he does reload the battle rifle. it shoots twice in h3, but on h2, the second burst would shoot you in the back of the head, it's quite amusing
