Regal ice is very easy....crumb coat the cake roll out the regal ice so that it is not to thin but not thick either. measure how big you want it before hand . when you have the right length then pick up the fondant carefully and place both your arms under the fondant and lift onto the cake .....Lorraine Mckay does a good tutorial on this aine2
