Hi - in this clip I'm using an AFTM #2 rod that is 8 feet 3 inches long. Other common ratings would be 10 feet rods for either #3 or #4. Greys do the excellent Streamflex plus which is a 9 foot 6 inch rod with an extension that gives an extra 6 inches (and comes in a #3 option).
Excellent example of the induced take technique. Also, the closeup examples of the dead drift strikes were very worthwhile. It would be great to see more of this.
