Shiro has better execution than Busta and, whether many of you would like to admit it or not, is able to win against much tougher competition. Busta is still a great player, though.

why does busta do a marseiles light kick roll after knocking him up after D+hard punch? he doesnt have to does he? he cant go straight into the anti-air grab from the D+hard punch. why the roll? does anyone know why? does it do more dmg? since its not considered a combo anymore?

No it's still considered a combo. However, doing the roll will actually build Abel's super meter which can be used for his Super (obviously), or alternatively his EX Moves which are far more useful.

Spend some time in training and you'll get it. Took me just about one full night to master the combos you see Abel using here.

I'm by no means a good player but i can do Balrog's EX rush upper combos all day long in training. But you can forgot about it when i'm in a match.

yeah, you've got a good point. the hardest thing about playing with abel is landing that damned crouching hp. it misses so often that when it does land, sometimes I'm not ready to combo.

i find it easier to pull off the roll right after the c.hp then go into the sky fall.

the timing for going straight into sky fall from c.hp can be tricky

Busta needs to roll more. Rolling is probabley abel's best aspect with the fact that you can change direction, set up aerial grab, reset position, and dodge fireball chip damage.
