i know LOL (halogens) ... (CFL's will work, but if u want it done right MH and HPS lamps.) you want a range of 2500-3000 lumens per sq ft on whatever lighting system you use so you dont really need to worry about Wattage.
i just looked at a 105 Watt Compact Fluorescent Light Output: 6900 Lumens i think you would be able to get away with 3 in this sized box.
i found 2 test bulbs to go against the 105 CFL. now a 100 watt HPS Bulb had 9,500 Lumens and the MH had 7,125 lumens this is why people choose HPS and MH over CFL. The MH and HPS are more light for the same amount of electricity.
Idk about it being a master piece.. I paid about 200 for my whole setup plus fox farm soil, nutrients, mylar and more! And its my first grow! But nice set up, I'm just wondering if light will get through that blue tarp u got while its in flowering?
Aluminum foil should only be last resort... I would recommend you use matt white paint. It's more effective. But still, your grow box looks better than my last one. :)
It looks actually good, but some critic ( no offense) : if you still use this box PLEASE use white/black foil. it costs 3 euros 1x2 metres and it really makes your lamps soooo much more effective. rip that tin foil off.
and you should also use cfl's. there are so many good one made for growing stuff for less than 50 euros.
yes the mega fans will suck cold fresh air, the others on the left to suck that air & generate currant inside the box for growing like this ...<-[ o <- O ]<--
Wow that lighting system is quite the potential fire hazzard.
3-4 23w cfl's would do a better job in there and reduce interior heat by over 80% compared to those lights installed (halogen). Plus more lumens, proper spectrum, and so on...

@MasterPiMp420 ie. 2 1/2Ft. Width x 3 1/2Ft. Height.
The box would be 8.75 SqFt.
8.75SqFt. x 3000lumens = 26250 Lumens.

halogens are on a great spectrum for flowering, just keep the temps down and try not to stress out your plants. ppl used halogens all through the 80s

guess what halogen lights creat too much heat and not the right light spectrum. sorry bud. change the lighting system and you got a winner.

@MasterPiMp420
I agree. it's an initial stage, as you can see I didn't start growing yet.
