  • no. i dont think so. Ive been taught eye yoga by a Physical Therapist and it's nothing like this. Its actually like what Paul shows in The Paul McCartney eye yoga video.

  • wow fascinating can you pull it out completely from the eye socket and let it hang on red muscles and nerve cords for a couple of seconds.I can gurantee that your eye sight and metal abilities will greatly improve.
