@zachattack2202 listen if 2/3s of the house and senate agree with the bill no matter what obama says they can pass it with the check and balences placed in the U.S. goverment so until the votes happen we won't know just hope that less the 2/3 of congress likes it or hope that all of congress will reject it so this issue will never come again
