  • my choir sang this song as our spring concert opener and to be honest we were better

  • Thats Bob from Sesame Street..lol he is awesome but he's a geek!!lol what a voice.

  • When I was 4 and had my tonsils out, my grandparents came in from the farm to visit me, and gave me this album.

  • Wow, kewl turntable! What is it? I didn't know they had the Bob McGrath titles on Disneyland Records were still in print at the time of that pressing. You know, with the rainbow and the picture instead of the castles. Peace.

  • Sweet! Bob's voice is perfect for this song, and his spoken intro is very nice as well.

It's funny though, despite what a great positive message this song has, after all these years it still makes me think of drinking soda!

  • Thanks a lot! I do have the same album, but luckily you found your copy with the rainbow design. I do have the one with the original Disneyland castle design, because the east coast plant used up all the old labels, before switching it to a new one like you've seen on one of my videos playing the same album.

The Disneyland "rainbow" design started around 1974 or 1975.

  • Actually, the rainbow design started in 1976, so original copies of this album are on the yellow castle label. This copy here is a later reissue on the rainbow label.

  • Thanks for the correction.

  • Cool. I'll have to see your videos of songs from this LP to check out this label. I may have some LPs that bear this label.
