I commend him on his ability to make the most of his having to ride a bike, seeing as how, probably, nobody will award him a drivers license on behalf of his psychiatric state and other factors. You wouldn't want that guy behind the wheel of a car. He might be gay too, but I don't think he realizes the impact of the way that he dresses. I think he sees himself in a different light than we do, which is actually quite sad.
