Hehe :-) That's best item EVER :-D I tested it as operative that work in stealth. Imagine this - I'm running around killing people and in 1vs1 I'm loosing. My oponent have around 30% HP while I have 10%.

Then BAM. Vanish + frozen Water and he still have 30% HP while I have 60% because vanish put me "out of combat" and allow me to use water :-D

Then we both use healing items (restore 30% HP). He have 60% HP and I'm almost at 100% :P

And after 90s I can do that trick again and he cant :-D

Work like a charm :] Now I can cross fires in WZ when not attacked with no problem :D Also it's nice for stealth players since we can escape in stealth, heal after a while and return to battle in no time. But quick info - it's not 8,8k. This babe heal you for 50% of your HP.

Got some info here for all you people, the heal can spawn on any simillar tower and the heal ( important ) heals for half your MAX hp at the moment, so if you're low level you'll get a weaker heal because you have lower health

First.) It DOES NOT heal for 8.8k It heals for 50% of your maximum health.

Second.) You do not have to go to the powerplant you can just ride straight up the hill from the Outpost Leth.

Third.) Sins/Ops and their republic equivalents can use this after a vanish to heal for large amounts. If youve ever thought you had one dead they stealth and come back out with high health, thats why.

first u can get the buff in any water tower at tatoonie and when u got the item the buff that cause u cant get more heals can be cancled, just click the RMB u are good to go! just click item then RMB the buff then wait for cooldown and do it again! just like it for everyone can see :]

I did this last night on my level 29 Commando, it does work but I don't get an 8.8k heal, mine is only 4500-5000 ish. The heal you get must scale with your level. Still nice though, I can sometimes get my 5k heal even at low level.

Just a little side note here: You can get the refreshed and sustained buff from another set of water collectors just east of Mos Ila around the exchange area. This way you don't have to go all the way up into republic area to get it. Also it should be noted that the effect scales with health and might therefore be lower for someone with say 15k health.
