1. Did you get recruited / by whom

2. How much do you weigh / squat / bench

3. Im often told that I should poke check far more than slap check, but I see you and college/pros slap check a ton in vids. Why???

Going to Delaware next year.

Strength important as is footwork which is #1...cardio toughest to get motivated to do, but have to be conditioned.

What works for you is key - having several ways of using your stick huge...so practice new techniques.

Easy to let fundamentals slip, so always work on the basics.
