Other than an alleged deal, I dont understand why WL havent published those particular cables yet. At the same time, WL arent the ones writing the article. If SMH are going to write an article, the onus is on them to provide evidence to back it up - FACTS or GTFO. If they got the cables & are holding out on publishing them because they still have more stories to write ... get to it then! Then get those cables out there! Fairfax ain't Murdoch media - they'd be best off not acting like they are.
