  • I have this interview on a dvd: Modern Warriors

  • i seen this interveiw on a dvd and an extended part of it and i like what he said in it was that kick boxing and boxing added reality to the martial arts

    very good interveiw

  • What a good man.

  • I've recently started training with Petie and his partner Frank and Id have to say he's probably one of my favorite people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Getting to know him and being able to train with him is an unbelievable experience. He's a humble dude and he really motivates us all to be better fighters and actually at everything we set out to do. Not only is he a bad ass he's a gentleman always. As far as who's better than who... 7 time world champ... I'd say that speaks volumes.

  • @eDoubleMUSIC ... i used to train with him at house of champions yearsss ago!

  • Sugarfoot is not only a great fighter but he seems like a great guy!

  • the best

  • lol he just seems cool

  • I think Peter fought Ronnie Green fom England but I can't find it. Both great stylists. It could be that the fight never came off though. Peace

  • I met him today! On the set for the new mark Wahlberg movei "the fighter" and omg let me tell you ive never met a famous man as sweet as Peter. & he smelled good ;)

  • lol

yeah my uncle peter is making a movie called the fighter with mark wahlberg and christian bale

i was on the set for the first 2 days with him

    and yeah he's sweet eh

    lol

  • omg ahah that means we were like in the same place, haha. Weirdd.

  • haha yeah

    i wanna see the movie

did you meet mark wahlberg ?

  • Yeah, my mom is obsessed with him so we waited after the movie thing to meet him, i got a picture with him but my mom is an idiot adn had her nightvision on so its hard to see.

  • haha i met him too

  • he's my god father

    when i was born

i love uncle petey with all my heart and his son chazz

he taught me alot in life including kickboxing

    Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham

    50-0 Hall of Fame Kickboxer

  • he's my god father

when i was born he was my god father

i love uncle petey with all my heart and his son chazz

  • How old is this video? I'm asking this because he looks even younger than he was in the movie Rightings Wrongs that he did with Yuen Biao back in 1986. So I guess this video must be really old.

  • I was thinking similar, he looks not much older than when he was in No Retreat No Surrender (when Van Damme whooped him ha)

  • @DW01 movie,yes,real life,never.

  • hes good but he dont even last a round with dieselnoi of thailand he was destroyed easily without a sweat with the tahiboxer

  • his record was 50 wins 0 loses. he beat the top thais of his day.

  • Cunningham didn't fight Dieselnoi. It was John Moncayo, who got annhilated by the Thai.

  • after researching, finally its true wat legkicker siad it was john moncayo pardon for the mistake! it was john moncayo!!!!thanks legkicker for the correction

  • My pleasure.

  • My uncle maded him (Shuki Ron) he has his one gym in L.A Mejiro Gym.

  • Hell yeah, I too met him back in an Adelaide seminar at the J&A Fitness Academy (1997). Top bloke.

  • He is a great teacher. He teaches classes at my studio every week and it is amazing of what he can do.

  • yeap hes right about tkd kicks. tkd kicks snap their kicks while muaythai kicks swing all the way.

  • @ninjalooting86 American paractioners of TKD and Karate dont kick to the legs. But if you go overseas to Korea and Japan you will find that they have been leg kicking quite effectively with not so much a wind up technique but a cutting technique... Either way it all hurts the same...

  • This guy is a class act; in fact, he's in a class by himself. I had the honor of meeting him while he was judging a kickboxing tournament at Lorenzo's in El Monte a long time ago. Nothing but class, a complete gentleman.

    Thanks, Pete .......

  • this boys the shit!had the oppuritunity to train under him as well as ricky"the mongoose"my boys.good friends.check out ricky!

  • MY GOD.

  • Sugarfoot is the best American kickboxer of all time, bar none.

  • real talk!

  • Sugarfoot fought full-contact, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. That's one flexible fighter that can jump between sports like that. You don't see that anymore, for sure.

  • @Archias01 He is a Canadian but raised in USA ;D

  • @Zizouman7 You got me there.LOL

  • @Archias01 id put benny and don wilson above him

  • @Archias01 He's Canadian

  • @Archias01 He's Canadian thank you very much

  • Hey, is Pete training with Patrick Outlaw in this clip?

  • He's very down to earth. I'd love to train under him.

  • bueno bueno sugarfoot, pero impresionante boxeo, era buenisimo un autentico espectaculo, pero creo no se a reconocido como se debiera !
