Rotten's voice, look and attitude is incredible, glen is a bass god even though sid gave them the look and spirit more and Steve is terrific with his thunders-like movements and stances. i love how chairs are being tossed around and he's just kicking them completely aside and avoiding everything being knocked over. great band! I remember being in Hyde Park when they played. Just released God Save the Queen. The police that night were everywhere, you'd have thought it was an invasion. It was also very apparent that the police were on edge, a bit nervous, as we would say in London, cacking it. I have never seen a rock act do that to the establishment before or since. These guys took no prisoners...ever since them the record industry has put a firm lid on that sort of approach. Today we have X factor or American Idol!

I encourage all Pistols fans to hear that sobering interview where dewey eyed documentaries are admonished.
