Lembro-me da campanha mundial pela libertação de Nelson Mandela. Em 1987 montamos uma tenda na calçada da Avenida Paulista, em frente ao Consulado Geral da África do Sul. Panfletávamos dia e noite. São Paulo e o Brasil viveram um momento de euforia em 11 de fevereiro de 1990, quando Mandela foi libertado após 28 anos de prisão.
