@gokuswishes The music in Sonic games is almost always the same in both the american release and the japanese release. The only cases I can think of that the music was changed were in Sonic CD and Sonic 06 (the latter was just changing the language that the Sweet Dream remix was in, though).

nah man. For some reason in the Sonic universe everything is backwards from the anime universe. its mostly american and they japanify some things, unlike anime where it works the other way around.

yea. I always knew that Sonic was meant to appeal to Americans before the Japanese. That's why sonic's orginal desin is similiar to Mickey mouse's and not some anime character's. Also they first three tv shows were american. come to think of it, I dont know why I was surprise to see that they were using english songs.
