She says that, it's a friend who introduced each other. First, she hired him as a secretary, but he wasn't very good at first. She says that he was very nice and she asked him what he wanted to do in life and he answered her that he'd like to sing but he wasn't sure to be good.
So she let him sang but it wasn't very good, and she asked him to learn a song and she helped him, and now he's very good and she thinks that the public agree with her
