hu-210 is a schedule one drug in the usa. i know you can still buy spice in the usa not sure if they took hu-210 out or not but dont get caught with spice you will go to jail. you may not stay their because they will have to test for hu-210. so it is a toss up your standered drug test will not pick this up so if you smoke spice you get the job, but if they test with gc/ms you are F***ED.
It will be banned in Kansas next few weeks..A bill has already passed the senate and needs house approval so Kansas will be the first state to ban this stuff..
JWH-018 and some other cannabinoids were banned in the UK on December the 23rd. But the legislation doesn't say anything about Salvia, and there are already legal alternatives to Spice products, less than a month after the ban :) :) :)
