do you have to pay for the game? I probably will never know because I have a mac and PC games unless they have a mac version, do not work properly. the setup will just pop up for less then 5 secs. and then dissapear! I wait for 5 mins and still nothing!

yeah dont loose your time people.. only cool thing, or diferent thing in the game is the fact you can be a dragon, and it is interest it really takes time to evolve the dragon.. and so there you go running to trie the game..

and then you find out that to be a dragon you have to pay.. free my ass..

it is because of that, that the game as so few players

@DakkonTheUnbreakable Your making it sound like having few players is a bad thing. Been playing Istaria for 4 years now. The community is one of Istaria's best things. The people playing are great, kind, and helpful. Its becuase of the small community that we dont have mass immature players like 'large communitys'. As for become an adult if you work at levels, it only took me a few weeks to get to 30/35 the min levels. But most new players sit around chatting and complaining rather then leveling

It's retarded to expect to get something original (which takes actual work, development, and creativity) for free. It cost me to develop the game, it cost money to host the server, and it cost money to maintain it all.

@kanimaru13 Every Free MMO sucks to a massive extent. The only ones that can be considered a tiny bit good are the ones that require you to be a cashshop whore and spend hundreds of dollars a year (or more) to be any good or to have fun.

F2p MMO's take a lot less time and money to develop, and usually use pre-made engines. This is because they're almost always developed in Asia, where work is cheap. Asian games are also always mindless grinds that no on ever really enjoys.

@kanimaru13 There should be one coming out soon, it's called Arokai. Its not out yet, and I can't find any vids of the dragon yet, but they say you should be able to play one, for free. thing is Arokai is basically a huge 3d chat, theres no leveling or quests or storyline. It's just make a character and then do whatever and chat. Look them up on Deviantart. :D

@kanimaru13 Dragons, plus any type of canine, any type of feline, any deer-like animal, griffins and owls. So far they only have a video showing of the felines, canines, griffins and deer, but yeah. Right now the one they have out is Feral heart, you can be a wolf or a lion and just run around. I can't wait for Arokai tho, I hope they add dragons. XD I just downloaded this game last night tho, and I love it. Might wait to pay for it though until Arokai comes out and I can compare them. xD

What do you have to do before it alows you to ascend?

@jtcoolnurd113 You need a certain amount of hoard, be at least level 30 (tho it's suggested you get at least level 50 or higher first) and do a quest line. At the end of the questline, you'll get a buff, and whenever you use a special item (that you created throughout the quest line) with the buff on, you'll ascend. It's really quite fun. I ascended only after playing for 3 weeks, with three friends.

I remember when I first saw an ascension. I was a Sslik and I kept on getting trampled at the gathering(draggies need to watch where they step!). I was really close to the dragon(I believe it was one of Tcei's dragons) so I was enveloped by the dome and saw crazy things.
