If Rep. Jarrold Nadlar really thinks that Congressional action should be in line w/ the Constitution then he should sign on to Co-Sponsor HR 450, the 'Enumerated Powers Act'.

Feel free to contact him & ask him to sign onto HR 450, that is, if he really supports our Constitution & if he feels/thinks our Government should be bound by it.

How the hell is cutting off funds "unconstitutional"? That's ridiculous. The government threatens to cut off funds for PLENTY of agencies, such as state highway funds. If a state decides to lower their drinking age, the federal highway authorities will swiftly cut funding.  No one has called that attainder.
