I've adopted my little girl at 11. Her past wasn't told to me even when we signed the paperwork. I only know what she told me. It's so sad. I waited 2 years for an older child. I finally had to seek out other places for someone to finally work for a child. So, there are parents out there, it's just really tough to work with the system. Yesterday, my daughter removed a tatu that her birth mother put on her at 3. It was such an awesome step for her to take. Praise belongs to Jesus!
