I got one for christmas but I can never get it to hover or fly like in the video it just turns and goes forward or backwards and i can never trim it so it just hovers. Can someone help?

The trim is almost bad for the heli. Carefully twist the body and hold it a bit. If you wanna make it hold out longer with your trim, use a hairdrier and from about 3cm lenght hold the drier for 5 sec. Then twist again a little bit harder, but carefully and wait till it cools. It's reverseble so you can play around a bit with it.

I just bought one of these for my nephew yesterday, and after dismantling the box and giving it a full charge, I noticed that someone had sawed off the rear stabilizer (it was closely cut, but still jagged). I took it back and exchanged it tonight and luckily they gave me the same special deal.. and we open it and find out this one too was sawed off. I think when people are opening it they think it's part of the packaging -- and that's probably before they see the manual.

Hey This Twin thunder failed on me twice!!

I had a yellow one that the power died it never worked.

Now im stuck with a red one that doesnt even take off and that one of the rotors dont move!! I like the design though its defective though.

the clear plastic thing helps to stabilize it so it doesnt spin as much.  but you definitley have to use the trim as well.

they're a little trickier. this is a harder heli to fly and the trim is very fickle, you have to get comfortable with the controls to get a stable flight. BUT when you do, it flies great!

i have heard however if you remove the casing over top of the left/right toggle you can get backwards conrol... you should try it!
