It's pretty good for your first AMV, it started out very nicely. However, using only one episode for a video usually doesn't turn out too well. A lot of the clips you used didn't fit well with the chorus of the song. Also, try to find a higher quality version of the song. Keep trying, you'll get better with time and practice! :)

Yeah, I know; I'm usually not a fan of one-ep AMVs, but I wanted to make one specifically about this battle. I tried to fit the clips to the music more than to the words, and then fit them to the words when I could.
