@crimsonviolet I don't think that it has any death metal sound to it, I think it's got too much of a melodic black metal sound plus some doomy parts to it. I'm also an avid listener of 3/4 of the bands you listen to, I don't like wolves they're too bland.

@Sythaz melodic black metal is a better word for it. but i guess it's odd to hear that in black metal. i guess i'm picky bout what i listen to. 3/4 of the bands listed kinda have a solid sound to em. Agalloch is like that middle ground where i dunno how to feel about it. maybe they'll grow on me.

I love this song. It reminds me of last September when I got The Demonstration Archive CD. It was still warm out so I would blast this song with the windows down as a way of say, "Screw all that new age music crap that's on the radio. Agalloch is the best band around!!"
