I'm glad Stallone decided to make a 6th Rocky. Rocky 5, although not a horrible movie, never satisfied me with the way it ended the franchise, and I'm glad he felt the same way. I thought the 6th one, Rocky Balboa, was excellent, and a great finish. I had tears in my eyes at the end, when Rocky knelt at Adrian's grave and said softly "Yo Adrian, we did it." Just beautiful. One of the greatest movie franchises of all time!!!

First time I watched Rocky somewhere about October last year. I was inspired really much. But... as time passed it seems I forgot every Rocky's life lesson. Now when that part of life is over, not randomly, Rocky series started again being showed at TV. I'll watch it all... again. Today it was 1st part, it seems I was struggling to hear one of his life lessons, not to watch film as film. Amazing. Single film I forget it is actually a film while watching it. Great inspiration.

After reading the other comments, I now feel I have a place to express how I feel about the Rocky movies. Those who "get it" just get it and those who don't (with their negative comments) should spread their negativity elsewhere. The Rocky movies ARE truely inspirational. I know it sounds corny but the movies, the characters and the theme tunes have helped me in my life whether it has been in training for martial arts; during childbirth or just when life gets tough.
