I can see that you've used the Halo 2 Sniper, but why not use the Halo 3 sniper now? If you have a texture for the H3 sniper, can you please, PLEASE send it to me? And REALLY nice animation, it almost looks like Halo 2's but you just need to slow down the reloading a teeeeeensy bit. :)
Uh, huhuh, it's an editted Halo 2 sniper to look like the Halo 3 sniper. A friend of mine made it, but he has a new model, no skin for it yet though. The animation makes it seem like the gun is really light also, maybe sometime later if I ever have to animate a Halo 2/3 sniper again I'll work on that more.
Wasn't that fast originally, Youtube likes to fuck up video speeds and lengths. If I did have a Halo 3 sniper skin, I wouldn't give it to you, but the whole point of the project is to give people some decent/good Halo 3 recreation tags. I myself don't have a sniper skin.
I don't even think the leader of the project even has a sniper skin. I don't know how he wouldn't though, he has Halo 3 Beta ripped weapons. In fact, I'm animating the SMG right now.
Thanks, but it's always so weird when someone says they're good because well...I know what goes on behind the scenes, so it makes it look terrible, or not my best to me. However yes, people do either have problems with speed, or even getting the hands to not go through the gun all the time. My problem is getting them nice and stiff, so that they don't look too loose, and bad. I'm starting to figure that out. There's even more to animating than speed and stiffness even.
After you start animating (not saying you should or do) time over time, you'll start to see more and more detail and realize that 'Hey, these animations are actually good, not fast and sloppy and stupid and gay and....' I think ICEE's animations aren't that fast, except some parts can be, like his ophandle pull in the P90 reload >:|
Could use some more rotation variety instead of going down. I think the forearm is in a odd position for the origins. Also when it recoils down, it goes down and then it suddenly jerks down at a faster speed.
The first part with the rotation I understand, and believe me I have tried making it rotate a bit more but I didn't like how it looked, but I'm not sure what part you're talking about for the recoil. As in, which recoil? There's the clip out, which I don't see any 'sped up' parts, then there's the clip in, then down a bit from there.

I love your animations. A problem most people have with animations is that their movements are too slow.
