Transgender is very real. Its all occurs when the futus is still in the womb. The body gets introduced to the wrong hormones then the brain so one is one gender and the other is another. Living in the opposite gender is very scary and hard trust me i know. So some trans ppl choose to start hormone replacement therapy to reintroduce the hormones that their bodies where supposed to get before birth to match their brains.

Hormones of one gender are sent to the brain, hormones of another are then sent to the body. From the outside, the body looks normal for this condition. Josie is very lucky to have a family that understands her situation and also was very lucky to find out at an early age that in reality she was a girl, that makes things a lot easier. Be strong, keep supporting her and don´t listen to haters, you will have a happy daugther instead of a very confused child (and later a very frustrated adult) and that´s all that matters..

@MrEnlighteneddespot You don't understand. Being transgender is far more than the eye can see, it's actually all internal. Since 1972, there has been evidentiary support for its cause. Hormones of one gender are sent to the brain, hormones of another are then sent to the body. From the outside, the body looks normal for this condition. Since the brain cannot be changed into the gender of the body, it's therefore necessary to change the body to match. Be Christ-like (tolerant, open-minded, etc)
