Vatican denounces the "intransigent religious intolerance" of the Chinese Government

The Vatican saying to China "your attitude is a sign of fear, weakness and intransigent intolerance" is a very bold move indeed considering that the smallest state is criticizing the country with the largest military force in the World. God bless Pope Benedict XVI who is not afraid of any army of this earth. America wouldn't even dream of doing what the Vatican has done.

The Chinese Communist Party is unwilling to give up control of the minds and hearts of the people. The Government has been very successful in developing the national economy and looks forward to recognition by the whole world of it's economic and political power. It is contemptuous of religion of course, and refuses to allow the moral authority of the Church to teach and instruct the Faith. This has been the experience of the Catholic Church with dictatorships through 2000 years of history.

For all the Chinese do well and given their potential, they should deem acts like this is folly.

Mis oraciones estan con los miles de catolicos oprimidos en China! el govierno chino, mediocre y trasnochado quiere controlar sus conciencias estableciendo una iglesia catolica nacionalista separada del Vaticano, asi Jesus no quiso a su iglesia! ME consuela el saber que crisis peores ha atrevsado mi iglesia en otras épocas!, no nos vencerá nunca el maligno, esta vez disfrazado de un grupo de personas comunistas que buscan control sobre algo que nadie puede controlar
