Si t'arrive à en faire une c'est dejà ca, essaie de faire avec une pause entre les doubles charges et reprends. Après un moment tu vas capté le truc et ca deviendra de plus en plus fluide et rapide ;) alors fait avec une petite pause et vise a réduire le temps de cette pause.
