its Urdu, not hindi.

Urdu is a diverse language with incorporates Arabic,Hindi,Persia,Latin and even english and french words. It is written in the Arabic text unlike Hindi.

Urdu evolved and to date is evolving at a very small scale. It sprouted from military barracks where the Muslim invaders mixed with the locals in subcontinent. You can take it as bridge b/w central asian languages and Hindi.

And well Urdu is currently Pakistan's Official language, and is pretty diverse.
