i dont care what neighborhood they are from "do the crime, do the time"...this is sooooo one sided interview the workers on the front lines they WILL paint a different picture I haave NEVER had a 9,10,11...year old in the facility it's the early thru late teens that are locked up but not nearly long enough!

i would love these "experts" to put on a grey uniform and work in a facility they would eat them alive!!!
