Islam does not permit the individual to enjoy the freedoms of action and association characteristic of the Democracy that so many Western cultures currently enjoy today. Islam is a religion in name only because of a reference to "Allah" as their Deity. A well known fact is that Islam is a totalitarian ideology that rejects Democracy, personal freedom, and every other religion.

@americanbadu The fact that Islam wants people not live in freedom and restrict people's rights and alter justice to benefit some more than others means it will harm society and truth, without freedom, without justice, without our rights, we would not be able to seek the truth to the fullest extent, we would not have had many scientists, creators etc. With oppression from some imaginary man in the sky. There is no solid proof for Islam, or any major religion for that matter.

Because if you were truly Muslim you would've known the most basic "Ay'ah" of all time: "Lakum Deenukum wa Leya Deen", it means that you have your own religion and I have my own. Also, there is another "Ay'ah" says: "La Tasubbo Alehatahum Fa Yasubbo Alehatakum" which means don't insult their god otherwise they'll insult yours! If you already knew this, that makes you a liar, if you didn't, that makes you an ignorant! :)

Wanna know why I'm not a Muslim? The Quran. It says the Earth is flat. Muhammad was a pretty violent and aggressive man for a so called prophet. Trust me man, I've tried multiple times looking into Islam, and I've been disappointed every time. I also think that the list of haram is completely stupid (can't have a dog as a pet inside, can't watch a lot of tv or listen to a lot of music). This is why.
