Actually, "Smarty" is, in fact, the real title of the tune that I just heard. I found it out a few months ago. The song "Waltz of the Zeebras" is a fake title, because at that time the people who recorded the Kit Carson Carousel organ music did not know the tune titles yet, just giving animal names on made-up tunes, E.G. "March of the Lions," is a fake march, but there's a real title to it. Band organ rolls get old and sometimes loses lables where the tune titles are named.

The tune is "Smarty," by the same composer as "Take Me Out To The Ballgame." 0:32 the organ got off track...

@wurlitzer165 actually, the song is called waltz of the zebras. the zebras are my favorite animal on the carousel.
