  • the pan was to hot and caused the butter to burn. use olive oil instead, it will make it healthier and wont burn which will give it a weird taste.

    try mixing the rub with bread crums and dipping the chicken in egg and then in the mix. it is really good.

  • use olive oil instead of that butter. The Cajun chicken is healthy but the butter made it fat and not good for health!

  • Great recipe! One thing about the music you use though -- it sounds very 70s-80s, or like it's from an overplayed infomercial. It kind of detracts from the awesomeness of your recipes hahaha. Love you guys just the same! Thanks again =]

  • you can also cook it on cast iron pan burn it quick then put it in the oven that will make it less greasy if u guys are worried about that. i liked it over pasta either penne or fettucini also with a cesar salad. looks good, ricelooks good.

  • Sounds delicious. I always wanted to know what to do with uneven chicken breasts...never thought of pushing on it!

    If I may make a suggestion...sprinkling spices from a little higher will spread the seasons out more. I usually hold the plate over the sink so that whatever misses the plate falls in the sink.
