I got trick when I was about 17. I finally stopped pulling when I was 45. I haven't pulled in 10 years but I still have some bald spots. I never used a wig but if I were you I would shave my head so that when you are cured you will have a full head of hair. Your wig looks great on you.

And I still pull my hair. and mainly where I pull my hair is behind my ears and the top of the crown of my head. Its great to find somone today who still suffers with it...
