Wait wait wait. So, plastic surgeons makes us pay for liposuction which they sell to the government or a corporation that converts the fat into fuel which allows us to sell this to other countries thus stabilizing our economy?
Sounds good on paper but I don't like the idea that we have to pay for liposuction since we spend money on vast amounts of food to get fat anyways. Sounds like more money for the upper class and less for the middle classes.
