Xerox Phaser 8500 8550 8560 8860 no display, inverted or garbled charecters

Great help. Received error code 07 10 43 on phaser 8550 I googled it and found this fix; "print block located on the left side of the machine It is near the bottom of the machine, Staineless steel, about 1 inch square. It normally has ink in it and causes the print head to pivot slow. Pull the spring holder up and to the left, remove that block and clean it well. " Hoping to get an image shwoing these parts.
