I donated $250 last year and just got the mail back about the little girl we helped. I strongly urge anyone and everyone to donate. I am in a surgical program in college right now and I really hope to be able to volunteer for them when I graduate.

The story is the same all over the world. I recently returned from a Nigeria. I wish you could have been there at the hospital where more than 100 children with clefts showed up on a single day begging for help. Many of them had traveled hundreds of kilometers to reach the hospital with little more than the clothes on their backs and the hope they'd be accepted into our free cleft surgery program.
