good video only thing is didnt open the valve to let the air out so no your next promblem is blown head gasket, you want to make sure u bleed all the air out untill antifreeze start spitting out of the valve then tighten it back down.
do you reccomend drainig the radiator, it didn't seem like the was that much coolant that came out. i am doing the job on a ran1500 pickup, same part, but 180* not 190*
@ lanpenn: Good point. This was only to focus on the mechanical portion of the install. I should have verified the coolant before showing what I was using. Thank you.
@carlmorones: I just encountered a leak in my system at the electric auxiliary water pump, which took me for ever to identify that part. Its an additional water pump for the rear heat. Found it on Ebay (Steve White Motors). I appreciate your video as I am going to change thermostat and flush the system when installing new pump. Ill attempt to post a video on its install. We need more Dodge videos.

is it the silicone sealant necessary in being applied to the thermostat housing in this model or 3.7L Powertechs which are similar but V6?

I think you added the wrong type of coolant! Shouldn't it be red (Chrysler's HOAT mixture)?
