It's a HDD add on for PS3's that are already PS2 compatible, if yours isn't then you can't ever play them. Go buy a launch model.

that file he downloaded was for final fantasy 11 or any game that uses the ps2 hdd.

it would allow you to install ff11 on ur ps3 thats all that file is for. memory card manager is on all ps3s but only 4usb models are able to use ps2 discs.

@DannyV1991 An hour a day. Makes sense for your system for still being alive. On the other hand I got a cooling fan I play for maybe 10 hours on weekends and 1 hour 20 minutes on weekdays. And last summer well lets just say thank god that that ps3 had an extra attachment cooling fan : ).

I'm not a big console gamer, more of a PC gamer because i play more first person shooters which feel more comfortable on keyboard and mouse. but for everything else like racing, platformers, 3rd person games, gamepads fell more natural . i like the button layout more and it's easier to remember button mappings
