nope that was Andrew Koeing, who sadly took his own life last year. You can find Paul Molnar as the Joker in; Patient J, City of Scars, Joker's Christmas Spectacular, Batman Legends, and this little photo montage. He also did the voice of the Joker in the animation, "The Greatest Fan Film of All Time"

Wow, I didn't know that. I didn't recognize her with the different hairstyle. I like how you guys updated the look of Harley to resemble the comics.
