I lost the link to this video and I'm glad I found it again. Daniel is an amazing boogie pianist. He owns all 88 of the keys and he makes them play to his whim. Obviously very comfortable and confident in his music, I especially applaud the finger pounding on the wood at 4:59, a great bit of showmanship that complemented the music and played to his audience - I'm glad that he was having so much fun with this song. Sehr gute musik!

It's always good listening to someone beating the hell out of a nice large Steinway&Sons Grand. This kind of playing should become a standard requirement at any music academy !

And for those people out there who think this is primitive and vulgar: there are a lot more pianists around who can play all of Chopin perfectly than this kind of music !
