  • There are no heroes, and no warriors in this business.

We, as fire fighters, serve only victims of circumstance.

All brothers, sisters, friends and lovers in this world rest easy this night, you are safe under our watch.

Let us who are able, give breath to those who cannot.

Remember them, 9/11, and of the world over - American, Australia, English, Asian, European, East and West, and all those who chose to don a fire uniform across the world.

    Remember the 343.

    Hold your heart tonight.

  • @djpsychomiko God bless 343, The Worcester 6, and all of our brothers and sisters who have fallen in the line of duty. Please let us instill in our children the same values that may us choose such an honored career path.

djpsychomiko - I could not have put it better....

  • The best ive seen this means so much to fire and ems personnel thank you .

Because of people like you we will always be there when you need us!

  • bravvissimi...

  • Úgyse értetek magyarul.

De "te" érted, hogy kihozzalak, bemennék Csibém! ::

  • some people are ignorant. none of you shit talkers will ever know what it feels like to respond to child abuse, or when a person goes into cardiac arrest and your the one people look to. to pull a family from a mangled vehicle that was hit head on by a drunk driver and only the children survived and the drunk ass. we put our lives on hold to help you, we leave our families to go bust our ass for 24hrs and we never know if we'll see our wives or children again. can you walk out your door knowing?

  • Hero's are the ones that run in when everyone else is running out, to save a stranger. How noble!

  • I'm sorry this board you but in the middle of the night or the middle of the day you find yourself in true need, these are the guys that will show up and save your life and property. No question asked they just put there own lives in danger to save you or your home or business. God bless the Fire Service

  • listen here shithead we firefighters have one of the toughest and demanding jobs in north america so if you dont have respect for us then go fuck ur self

  • while you are sitting in your little cubicle these guys put on 50 lbs of gear and go into a burning house to save somebody's life. most firefighters do it for free...so fuck off

  • @zrett7t wannabes, what the fuck do they want to be.............. Half these men have other jobs and do this for free, risking their lives every second of every day, and you think its not a real job................... what about fucking footballers and basketball players getting paid by the fucking million to throw a fucking ball around

  • they have some nerve taking a son off of a vid like this

  • Interesting comments here. Call us fat(I am since I work a regular job and have a family in addition to being a volunteer) call us lazy, call us whatever you want, but keep in mind you're going to be the one calling us if you ever have a fire in your home.

  • great video

  • In my career I have been hit by a car, had a ceiling fall in on me and burn my back, fall through a floor, fight a mainspace fire on a ship, I live with high blood pressure, and heart disease, yet I still go out there every 3rd day and do my job. Dont worry about the idiots who talk trash they will always be there. Remember what we do no one else can do. God creates a special kind of person to be a firefighter, be it full time, volenteer, wildland, shipboard or urban we are all firefighters.

  • Can this video be sent to an email or posted on another site with audio ... I can't believe they deleted it. This was the best tribute on the web by far

  • That's that RIAA for you ever since lar's from metallica cried like a little girl about lost royalties every one's been jumping on that band wagon

  • Is there anyway you can send me this video with the soundtrack attached? I watched this video while i was in training and it kinda means something to me now? Anyway u could email me it??? =-)

  • I can't believe they would disable the sound track. This was such a good video with soundtrack that I had linked to it from my Fire department website. Hope they can get the sound back! Fire Chief KRFD

  • haha arnmagnusson you have no idea what your talking about. how old are you bud 12? 13? trying to talk all big and bad cause you dont have the balls to do what we do...its ok though we will still save your ass even though were "fat" but you wont be bitching when your ass needs help and we put ours on the line...so please just stfu because you have no idea what your talking about

  • are you stupid? you must be a mentally ill kid? you think we are fat? more than 95% of us are in shape and we have saved numerous amount of lives i for a fact saved alot of lives and until you can say the same thing shut the fuck up because you have absolutly NO idea what you are talking about

stop whining ! you are avoiding my question !

  • Arn, you got any figures to back that up. I don't think so!

    Pity they pulled the music

  • Yeah, I'm working on getting the music back up.

  • What the hell do you do. They save many lives if you didnt know that fire rates are way low. The majority of work fire rescue does is accidents. You have a lot of nerve talking like that about someone who would risk their life for you if you were in a fire or in an accident. When I become a fire fighter after college I probably wouldnt wanna save someone like you.

  • its not really our choice we have to save him because if he dies they can actually charge you for not assisting trust me bro i would love to let little dick wipes like him die on scene but unfortunantly we have to save him

  • are you stupid? you must be a mentally ill kid? you think we are fat? more than 95% of us are in shape and we have saved numerous amount of lives i for a fact saved alot of lives and until you can say the same thing shut the fuck up because you have absolutly NO idea what you are talking about

  • 70 % of all black people in the states are over wheight. You need a sorce fat ass?

  • hey dipshit you dont even know wtf your talking about and you know what show me a link or evidence of this because i think your full of shit and i am not fat like you stupid fuck

  • Hey well when your house catches on fire or your mom falls over with a hard attack or your wife {if you have one is in a car accident} dont bother calling the fat guys with are emt and paramedics licence you just go ahead and smother the fire with your rock hard abs.

  • this video makes me proud to be a firefighter great video its simply amazing thanks bro

  • Im proud of you too and I have alot of respect for you but look at what arnmagnusson22 says:

"Firefighters are totaly overrated. They never save any lives, just sitting on thier station and eats themselves fat. 70 % of all firefighters dies in heart attacks responding to calls - not in fires."

    Can you believe that crap!

  • Well bevlive it McDonald.

  • You're a real son of a bitch Burger King. Where the hell do you get McDonald. You are probably some rich spoiled kid that wasn't taught how to appreciate anything.

  • So you think all firefighters should just die in fires? Why can't firefighters go on to live long lives and die of natural causes at an old age? Besides that one of the leading causes of death across the united states, regardless of professions, is heart disease. So it's not just firefighters. Check your statistics before you go running your mouth and putting a biased spin on your "facts".

  • Thats because you americans are so fucking FAT ! i doubt there is anyone on the firehouse whit visibly abs. You think you are heroes just beacuse you die of hearatacks becase of the Mcdonalds fat. its disgusting !

  • my immortal by evanescense

  • 1:15 was amazing, it shows teamwork, and it shows how you trust every person you go into a fire with. I'm a Fire Explorer, soon to be a Firefighter, and i still trust everyone of those exploreres with my life. I want to thank all the Firefighters, cops, & Military for helping us all.

  • i have so much respect for firefighters this is one of the best tributes have seen i love being one i'm sorry man

  • Do u work for the FDNY right now, or esu?

  • truck 9 adam 9 queens

  • god bless you sir. 9/11 made me join my fire dept, now im a professional EMT/Firefighter.

  • I'm one of many i know.. But again, thanks for the video. I'm a firefighter in TX. It's good to see that there are still some who give honor where honor is due. Wether they be fellow firefighters, police, or our soldiers. and we must never forget our fallen brothers. God bless.

    Jon firefighter TSVFD

  • who cares wat hundmule says. hes prolly just some 12 yr old kid tryin 2 get attention. dont waste ur time on some1 who isnt worth it. thanks for the video...RIP fallen brothers

  • Paid companys get around 2000 calls a year! also vol. companys do it for FREE!!! and the chance of a fire is huge aqurding to the amout of people that the company covers.... firefighters cannot put a Huge fire out qickly its impassable we do the best we can and if we wernt there your hole city or town would be burnt to the ground.... Last but not least, We risk out lives to save people like you, And some times firefighters die cause they were Saving a strangers Property. South Fork V.F.C.

  • you probably sit on your computer all day and have no ambition to help people or yourself.being a firefighter i know that we do a lot more than 90% of the year. its not just putting out fires either.we do a lot of volunteer work with families and the community. we also go on emt calls. grow up and look at 9/11. a lot more people are alive because of firefighters during that time.

    great video

  • hundmule you say that until your house catches fire or you or a loved one has an accident then you will not have enough good to say about us

  • hundmule thats a pretty damn childish thing to say . if you really believe in what your saying i hope that your house never catches on fire or your families.you obviously have no idea what it takes to even be in this line of work.

  • Great Video!! I'm a six year member of a volunteer department in upstate NY, and there is no tougher way physically or mentally you can volunteer your time. God bless all my brothers and sister out there and stay safe.

See ya at the big one!

  • F.F. Lou Heffner

Carroll County Md, Lineboro VFD Engine Co. 7

No matter what some people post up here, lets just remember. We are all brothers and sisters in the world. We act as one big department, family, and lets face it, we wouldn't be the way we are without our friendships. I do not know anyone on here, but I know we all have one thing on coming and that is risking our lives to save someone elses life....."continued"

  • Have you ever risked your life?

  • Honestly yes, I have. I believe we have all or will risk our lives some point in this field. Its dangerous, but even if its risky, its worth it.

  • hundmule? must be some foreign language for asshole

  • Nicely done. My father died in the line of duty when I was 16. Seeing this reminded me of what a hero he was. Thanks.

  • that is really sad.

i hear for u. im a volunteer firefighter in Australia been doing it for 2 years nearly and only turning 18 soon but its hard too go out to places when you know you cant do a thing too save some one

  • I think we all do this job hoping that we can make some kind of a difference. thats why/how we get through all the tough calls. for that one chance to make a difference for a family/person. I do my best and let god decide the rest. stay safe out there brothers

  • Have you ever been in tath situation?

  • hey you fuckin dick head hundmule, you want to know the difference between me and you, i am a fireman who isnt afraid of anything, you are just a little dick head who is afraid of everything, you would not last 1 min in the life of a firefighter, you would piss yourself in anything above room temp, so keep your little dick head comments to your self before we all kick your ass, cuz usually we risk our lifes so that others can keep yours, just not for you !!!!!!!

  • only a completly idiot isnt afraid of ANYTHING...

  • why dont you try to do the job that we do, we risk our lifes to save yours. millions of firefighters die each day in the line of duty fighting fires in your homes, saving others from the fire.on holidays when your with your familys we are fighting fires, at 3 am when your in your nice warm bed we are fighting fires. in charleston south carolina 9 !!! firefighters lost their lives in a furniture store fire searching for people trapped inside,

  • wial we were all at ground zero searching for our brother firefighters, and for some their brothers, fathers, sons, and any other family members you were probally home watching cartoons. i am not only a firfighter i am a n y p d esu cop, i was the only survivor from my squad, i was the one who pulled the rest of my dead squad members out of the debris. us emergency responders actually did something on 9/11 you just had to watch, we had to pull dead bodies !!! out of the debris.

  • so keep your little fuckin comments to yourself because i know i can kick your ass !!! SO DONT TRY ME !!! and go fuck yourself, maby when you become a cop or a fireman and do what we do then you can say something back you little fuckin dick head !!!!!!!!!

  • Thats what i think about You. Your level is same than ground zero.

    You can't be a firefighter!

I think than you are small brain guy, who wants to be someone else.

If you want to try me:

    Fire brigade chief sience 2003

Warsaw Main Fire Department Collage student 2003

And i'am still afraid something, when i comming into the fire...

And if You can kick my ass You welcome...

    EMFD whats tht mean?

Emergency Midwife For Dead or somthing???

  • man, seriously...if you want pity or something this isnt the right place, i dont like leavin my family either when the tones drop or working the 24 hours sometimes, but we signed up for it, its part of the job, if someone doesnt want to thats fine, every jobs important, and you need to be a little afraid of the fire, otherwise you wont have enough respect for what it can do, and all those people that were watching were suppoting everything we do, dont fault them for it

  • Great video.....I lost my brother in a fire 1 month ago he went in for a report of a trapped child he never came back out i was in the same company as him at the time and i am still there now

    Thank you

To all of my fellow brothers and sisters who have answered their last call you are lost but not FORGOTTEN

and you can say what ever you want but im scared everytime my pager goes off

    Lakewood NJ

    Department 74, Company 3

  • I am very sorry to hear that.

    May your brother RIP!

  • god bless you man and your bro

  • Greater love hath no man that he lay down his life for a friend. Godspead and may your brother rest in peace. He may be gone but not forgotten. A fellow brother from Strathclyde Fire and Rescue in Scotland

  • i will be a junior next year for pleasant valley volunteer fire company. and m ready because i know im taking a risk to save some ones life.

  • be proud man. i'm 17 im a junior volunteer firefighter remember we risk out lives every day to walk into hell we have one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. every fire fighter volunteer or paid is a hero

  • Aren't Jr. FF's not allowed in burning structures? I know Explorers aren't.

  • well in our brigade we dont have b.a we dont walk into structure fires even though the exemptions are coming up because my brigade Macleay island i heard from an urban today said we have the highest structure call out for fires in a small area in australia and possibly in the world

  • in CT?

  • ich danke alle feuerwehr leute macht weiter, wir vergessen euch nie

  • this vid are very very good.

God protects everything firefighter everywhere in world

  • super video and music.... checkout "bray fire on you tube" and watch video about brian murray a retained(part time) sub officer from ireland who died in the line of duty

  • Great video!!! As a brother firefighter is a great tribute all those in the of their life on the line every day and those that have entered her last call. What is the name of the first to song on the video and who is the artist that sings it?

  • The song is called "My Immortal" by Evanescence. Thanks for the great comment.

  • great vid... checkout bray fire on you tube and watch video about brian murray an irish firefighter who died heroically in the line of duty leave comments

  • I am a vol. firefighter in a small town, I have only been on for a few months, but have already got alot of action. This video kicks ass!

  • im a firefighter and i am proud of this video.people ask me if im scared i tell them thanks to videos like this there is no no reason for us to be scared because we have our brothers and sisters thanks to all my brothers and sisters who are all over the world that are there beside me fighting wat they fear. i love u guys.

  • Im 16 and a vol. firefigher. Yea I cant do as much, but the department is asweome. I love being there and the smell of the smoke infested gear. Yea Im weird but its an awesome feeling. My parents are both on the department and it makes me proud to know that they resuced and saved tons of people.

I like watching these videos cuz it shows people the real meaning behind firefighting.

  • being a vol firefighter myself i think people should not stop making these videos cause it shows everybody out there that whether your paid or vol you still do the same job. this video is good i actually got a little choked up. i hate when people ask me if im paid or vol and when i say im a vol they look at me funny and say why do you do it for free....everybody should watch these videos

thank you soo much and stay safe everybody vol. or paid

  • im 17 and a jr ff. people at school ask me why do i do it for free. i just reply "cuz i care". at the same time it really pisses me off. i love that feeling i get when lil kids come up and ask if they can wear my helmet. god i love this!

  • Thanks very much. Very nicely done!

  • i my self loved your video and i think its awesome i also am vol firefighter and i love being there for people that need me for help or even just to be there to make a kid smile... because they get to put a helmet on. its amazing how much people in out country can be asses when we are out there risking ours to save there lives and they dont even give a shit.... ignore the asses that send ignorant comments cause i dont see them out saving lives ... !

  • WOW! The tribute was awesome!Very well done. I am curous about the picture of the dragon holding a maltese cross at 4:27. Where can I find that? My husband is a firefighter and we collect everyhting DRAGON. That would be perfect in my tribute firefighter room.

  • Evanescence-My Immortal

  • and why is that?

  • Its a sad thing when people talk out of their ass.. im a fire fighter ... so the next time you find yourself crushed in your car ... or your house lit up... i guarantee you will be calling for help, and without us... good luck getting out

  • "(and i don't failed 9/11)"?

At least us firefighters can properly use the English language. I wish that I could feed you your teeth for saying this. You are just trying to get people irritated though. Oh, and by the way, the next time you need an ambulance - you should tell your EMT/medic what you posted on this web page and see what happens...

  • That firefighter/EMT will do the same thing any of us would.. They'd help him. Still though, don't worry about him. After he gets no attention this "professional youtube hater" (he really gives himself this title) will get bored, and stop, or find something better to do.

  • He's been doing this on all the other vidoes too. Waste of air.

  • lol the first intelligent

  • if you dont have anything good to say then shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sorry, the first song, thank you

  • Please, what's the song name?? i'm spanish :p sorry. I love this song. thanks ;)

  • i lost my best friend in a fire. me and the guys tried but he was stuck.:< i really thought about him watching this and i thought he was right here with me looking at the video, im still thinking about him and now im crying. i cant take it. :< - FIREFIGHTER DAVID

  • Thank You, and Merry Christmas.

  • im a voulenteer in erie pa its nice to see this every ready ever perpared

  • Excellent video. Im a volunteer firefighter from Argentina. I still cant believe we lost 343 brothers on 9/11. Its just too much. When I was watching the news on 9/11 and saw the towers falling, my heart sttoped. I knew that hundreds of firefighters were in there, and in just a matters of seconds they were gone. to . For all the glorious gone brothers, Rest in peace, knowing youve done your best to save peoples and properties.

  • It's amazing how the hearts and souls of firefighters all over the world are the same. We may not speak the same language, but we always understand.
