  • That cougar is amazing. It looks freaking cast....

  • Can't remember where I saw it but in china they found a similar hammer that was made of wood and run by a waterwheel.

That rotary hammer is nice though.

  • $20K? P.T. Barnam was right!

  • It's almost impossible to repair a weld on a lamination that thin. It loses heat too quickly. Pattern welded steel, if done correctly, will have no inclusions or occlusions present.

  • I wonder how much men this mechanic hammer substitutes. i quess 2-3.

  • @DudeNumberOnePlus 2-3 all of them wielding 50 pound hammers, thats how much each hit with that auto hammer is worth.

  • that hammering part is really cool

  • wow... that cougar sculpture is very impressive work. That really is amazing artistry and technical skill...

  • Dam that Cougar is freakin awesome!

  • lol what u been smokin

  • That's real skills. Amazing stuff.

  • $20,000!?!?!?!?! its cool and all but is he smoking crack?? finished ide say 500-700 tops but im no art expert

  • Thats normal I think, a good artist charges a lot for an original piece of work. You also have to include the fact that he's working with a lot of expensive metal and a lot of hours.

  • one of a kind art does cost money since its not likely to be made by that artist again. but 20 grand is a fuck load

  • hey john why dont u make a limited Tank or Ghurka made out of damascus

  • He can/does make them, but he makes them on request. The reason is it would cost a LOT of money. I think his big A2 steel blades run around $2-3K and the Damascus would be even more expensive. It's fantastic art, but the spring steel version's edge retention is plenty to be used as fighter, and unlike the more brittle A2 and Damascus you can use them for survival purposes as well.

  • Holy crap that metal sculpture was ridiculous!

  • Fitzen is the man. Carry on, that is all.

  • I feel like a housewife watching As the World Turns. Can't wait to see what they are going to discover in the shop on the next episode.

  • ROFL!!

Wife: "Honey can you help me move the sofa I need to vacuum behind there."

Husband: "Not know honey, Fitzen just got his block of damascus and is now grinding it into a Frankenstein."

  • now we are cookin' daddy....

  • I am looking forward to seeing the finished cougar.
